- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No noise that disturbs the neighborhood is allowed after 11:30 PM.
- Our check-in time is 15:00; our check-out time is 10:30.
- Upon check-in, the ID/passport details of all guests must be presented for registration.
- The use of glass products in and around the pool is prohibited.
- Children should always be supervised in the pool and garden.

The view and location of the house are excellent, the pool is very clean, and it was regularly maintained. Throughout the stay, all the staff were very dedicated, friendly, and helpful. Everything was considered for families with children. I will definitely stay here again, thank you.

We had a wonderful holiday. My family and I planned to rent it next year if possible. When there was the slightest problem, they immediately found a solution to every problem by communicating via WhatsApp. Its proximity to the sea, the spaciousness of the house, and its proximity to markets increased our holiday comfort.

Our stay at Villa Turkuaz exceeded all our expectations! The breathtaking sea view and private pool made it feel like a true paradise. I would like to thank the relevant teams very much. It was a holiday worth even the last penny of the money. The cleanliness was amazing. The kitchen is like a home environment. You have whatever you want. If you don't want to cook, there is a restaurant right next to it. The prices are a little salty, but the food is delicious.
