Clean, modern, and really silent at night. Loved the garden, the breakfast was amazing and over all price / quality ratio is amazing. The host is also extremely friendly and responsive, you can always text him even in the middle of the night and he will respond.

The appartment was nice and very well equipt. ıt was a little far from Kusadasi centre so you need a car.

Great view, pure relaxation, great climate! The modern property is located high up on a hill with an excellent climate isolated from mass tourism. A car is definitely a must. The way to the complex is also well developed. The air conditioning is almost superfluous, as almost all day a slight breeze blows. Nice pool. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always at your service.

Very nice quiet location to relax, but is far away from the beach You can only get to the beach by car. Very quiet, for relaxing very nice location. Very pleasant for children as well.

Great apartment - stayed 3 nights. The apartments are spacious, clean, everything is new. We lived in 2 couples on the first floor - with a comfortable terrace and direct access to the pool. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Recommend!

Very quiet location, this site is beautiful, very proper for families especially with cildren. It is clean, modern, spacious ; seaview is wonderful & parking lots are more than sufficient. Breakfast was amazing ,assorted and refreshed each day. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, airco's in each room, very friendly personnel.We felt extraordinary throughout the stay, exactly like home.

The house is 10 minutes away from the center by taxi. It was extremely clean and spacious. Household items such as iron and hair dryer are also available. We had a nice and comfortable stay

It's a great place with a great view, it's very quiet and the apartment is cozy and stylish. It was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit and the beach is 10 minutes away. We will come again. A great host.

The location is perfect, the beach is right in front of the villa and the neighbors are as we would all like to have. A grocery store about 500m away is open non-stop and despite the rather high prices, the owners are wonderful and kind people. Quiet area, pleasant air, the villa is well thermally insulated.

Unforgettable holidays This house is beautiful, the pool is very nice, and the water temperature is perfect. We made the most of our stay with family. The rooms upstairs are spacious. Just walk in shower in each room. The sea view from the floor is magical.

Upon arrival the house was very clean and we got a tour with all relevant explanations. When asked, we were able to reach them easily. The house is very large and the pool is also very nice. Definitely recommended.
