- Our check-in time is 15:00; our check-out time is 10:30.
- Children are allowed to stay.
- Children should always be supervised in the pool and garden.
- The use of glass products in and around the pool is prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No noise that disturbs the neighborhood is allowed after 11:30 PM.
- Late check-out is possible upon request and may incur a fee.
- Parties and entertainment are not allowed.

Our stay at Villa Zeytin was absolutely perfect! The villa was spotless, with spacious rooms, a private pool, and a peaceful location that made our family vacation very relaxing. We especially enjoyed the cozy evenings by the fireplace. Being within walking distance to Kusadasi AVM was a great plus. Thank you for everything – we definitely want to come back again!
