Located in Yavansu area, the villa is built on 280 m2 area has a private pool. The villa that is close to the sea has comfortable and cool style and fully equipped kitchen. 

The villa that is on hotels area is located in the best road of Kuşadası. With its location close to Kuşadası AVM, the biggest shopping, concert and entertainment center of the region, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine and have fun in the amphitheater where famous artists take the stage.

There is restaurant, minibus station, market, grocery, pharmacy in walking distance. It is away 3 minutes distance to a lot of places. It has sunbathing terrace in the garden and shower outside after sea or pool usage. 

Our property is generally sheltered. The garden is not visible. Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee but exclude the check-out cleaning fee. Pool garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, wifi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the check-in and check-out of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams disinfect using professional equipment before and after occupation. All areas and surfaces likes lighting buttons, door handles etc. that our guests come into contact are cleaned with Karcher brand steam cleaners with approximately 100°C steam power. It is frequently disinfected in detailed areas such as our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a special laundry at 70-90 degrees with detergent. Our check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 10.00. Electric and water usage is read at check-in and check-out. The balance is paid while the guest checks out. Minimum accomodation is 2 days. No parties and events are allowed.
