Designed for large families and friend groups, Villa Plaj offers a true seafront stay on Long Beach in Davutlar—steps from the shoreline, with open views and plenty of space to relax together. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests with a layout of 4 bedrooms / 2 living rooms • 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are 3 double bedrooms—2 of them with sea views—plus a bathroom with a tub/shower. The top level feels like a separate loft-style area, accessed via a steeper outdoor staircase: it includes a twin bedroom (2 single beds), a jacuzzi bathroom, and a living room opening onto a sea-view terrace (with an additional double bed in the living room). All bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned. Spend the day by the sea, then slow down in the evening with sunset views from the terrace.
During your stay, the entire villa is privately yours: bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and terraces are for your exclusive use.

The beach in front of Villa Plaj has a wide sandy shore. The sea entry is generally gradual and starts shallow, which is more comfortable for families with children and new swimmers. In the afternoon, typically between 16:00–19:00, the sea can be lightly wavy on many days. Children should always be supervised at the beach.

The house's location, the coastline, the beach, and the sea were magnificent. Mr. Muzaffer, in particular, was very attentive and helpful. It was a wonderful holiday in every respect. There were many advantages, such as a barbecue, two refrigerators, a microwave, kitchenware, and assistance throughout the holiday. Enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea was especially wonderful. I can't even mention the sea-facing rooms. I highly recommend it. Our 12 days weren't enough. We'll be back again.

We spent the holiday here as a team of 7 people. The location is nice, there are all kinds of items to be used in the house. You can have a good time in the garden. We thank Mr. Ali for his interest. If you have any problems, just call and he solves them directly. Everything was good.

The view of the villa is unique, waking up to the sea in the morning is incredibly good. The host Ali Bey is very attentive, he helped directly in case of any problem or deficiency, we thank him for his interest. We stayed in March, the season had not yet started, but we had a pleasant holiday. I recommend you to choose it for a unique holiday experience.

We rented a villa called Villa Beach. Right by the sea, we were very pleased as a family. The house was big and clean. The sea was very beautiful, clean and not too crowded. The most beautiful thing was in the evenings, the sound of the sea and the sunset, I recommend it to everyone.
