Located in Long Beach, the popular area of Kuşadası, our stone villa Palmiye with a shared pool allows you to have a wonderful holiday with its location close to the sea, large garden and proximity to Kuşadası Shopping Mall. (Pool usage hours are between 09:00-21:00.) It is suitable for accommodation for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and toilets. All basic kitchen supplies are available. Prices include Wi-Fi internet, electricity (up to 30 kW per day) and water usage. It is in a great location, 900 meters from Long Beach and 200 meters from Kuşadası Shopping Mall. It is 7 km from Kuşadası center and only 20 minutes from the unique bays of the National Park.
All units are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests.

- Prices include daily 30kWh electricity usage, water usage and internet.
- A security deposit of 6,000TL or €200 in cash is required upon arrival. If there is no problem at the guest's exit, it will be refunded in cash.
- There is no rental outside of the family.
- The shared pool is open between 09:00 - 21:00. It is closed on Mondays.
- Our entrances are between 15:00 - 19:00.
- Our departures are between 08:30 - 11:00 in the morning.
- In order to avoid disturbing neighbors and the surrounding area, maximum attention is requested for loud sounds and music between 12:00 at night and 08:30 in the morning.

Last summer, we had the opportunity to stay at Villa Palmiye with my family and we were really pleased! The central location of Kuşadası made our holiday both comfortable and enjoyable. The fact that the villa was large and clean was a great advantage, especially for families with children. The layout of the three bedrooms was quite practical; The children slept comfortably in rooms with single beds, and we stayed in the large room with a double bed. The pool area was very clean and tidy. We cooled off on hot summer days by relaxing by the pool throughout the day. Although the fact that the pool is for shared use made us a bit worried at first, it was quite calm and we had a comfortable experience. The fact that the villa was close to beaches and shopping malls was a big plus. We could go to the sea with a short walk in the morning and visit the market in the evening. Being able to reach many places without using a car really made it very convenient. Overall, Villa Palmiye offered a great holiday experience with both its comfort and central location. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!
