Prices include daily 30kWh electricity usage, water usage and internet.
A security deposit of 6,000TL or €200 in cash is required upon arrival. If there is no problem at the guest's exit, it will be refunded in cash.
The cleaning fee is 2,500TL apart from the accommodation price.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
There is no rental outside of the family.
The shared pool is open from 08:00 to 22:00. Usage hours for those under the age of 13 are between 10:00 - 20:00.
Our entrances are between 15:00 - 19:00.
Our departures are between 08:30 - 11:00 in the morning.
In order not to disturb neighbors and the surrounding area, maximum attention is requested for loud sounds and music between 12:00 at night and 08:30 in the morning.

This summer, we stayed at Villa Keyif with my family and our holiday was truly wonderful! Combining comfort, peace and entertainment, this villa offered an experience far beyond our expectations. The pool area was quite large and well-maintained. The pleasure of swimming early in the morning was different, and we had fun with the children during the day. Sunbathing and relaxing on comfortable sun loungers by the pool made our day more enjoyable. One of our favorite features of the villa was its proximity to the beach. Being able to reach the deep blue sea with a short walk made our holiday even more special. It was a truly wonderful experience to swim in the sea in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. One of the moments we enjoyed most during the holiday was spending time in the jacuzzi. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after sightseeing all day was incredible! Especially sitting against the view and relaxing in the hot water gave a feeling of luxury. Overall, Villa Keyif is a great option for both families and groups of friends. With its comfort, location and opportunities, it is definitely a place we would like to come back to. If you are planning a peaceful, comfortable and enjoyable holiday in Kuşadası, you should definitely choose this place!
