Rules & Policies
- Children are allowed to stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No noise that disturbs the neighborhood is allowed after 11:30 PM.
- Our check-in time is 15:00; our check-out time is 10:30.
- Upon check-in, the ID/passport details of all guests must be presented for registration.
- The use of glass products in and around the pool is prohibited.
- Children should always be supervised in the pool and garden.
- In line with guest registration regulations, at least one staying guest must be 18 years or older
- Parties and entertainment are not allowed.

We stayed at the house for 4 days with 6 adults, 2 babies, and 1 child. Despite having a garden, we didn't experience any insect problems. The pool was spotless. We had a quiet and peaceful holiday, close to the center and markets. We called for a few missing items, and Muzaffer had them delivered within 10 minutes. Vasfiye responded immediately whenever I wrote. We were very pleased. Thank you very much. 🙏

We stayed as 2 families between May 23-25. The rooms and the house were generally very luxurious, comfortable, the sheets and towels were spotless. Although we had a little trouble with the variety of kitchen supplies, the built-in appliances were in working order and of high quality. The house is quite sheltered, the view is pleasant and the pool was sparkling. The attendant came early one morning and maintained the pool. I have a few more comments that I would like to make in order to be constructive. Our TV's mi-box did not arrive, the hair dryer did not work, and it would not be bad if there was a small umbrella in the garden :) I would also like to thank Mr. Ali for his interest and kindness. I can definitely recommend it for a comfortable holiday.

As a family visiting Kuşadası from Denmark for a long vacation, we couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at Villa Elite! The villa’s spacious and comfortable design made us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The private pool and garden became our favorite spots, where we shared so many joyful moments together. The location was also perfect! We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet surroundings while still being close to the market, beach, and popular attractions. Waking up to the sound of birds, having breakfast by the pool, spending the day at the beach, and then relaxing in the villa’s serene atmosphere—it was exactly the holiday we had dreamed of. We had an unforgettable stay as a family, and we highly recommend Villa Elite.
