Ladies Beach Villas - Deluxe
There are 11 villas, reception, restaurant and cafe in the facility. Our prices include regular villa cleaning (once in every 3 days), pool-garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service, free Wifi and electricity-water usage. Ladies Beach is just 1 km away. The center with its world-famous cruise port and luxury yacht marina is at a distance of 3.5 km.
Complex is managed as a villa-hotel concept with 24 hours security, reception service and there is always someone to assist you when you need it. All of our villas are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
There are 7 "Superior Villas" and 4 deluxe villas available at the complex. Accommodation is not based on villa numbers but rather on availability. The only difference between Deluxe and Superior villas is the view they offer. Deluxe villas provide a panoramic sea view without any obstacles, while Superior villas have a partial sea view.

Only families are allowed to stay in our facility. It is not suitable for the accommodation of groups of friends. Activities such as parties are not allowed. During the stay, attention should be paid to the sound level and no actions should be taken that will disturb those staying in other houses.
Check-in: Between 15:00 and 05:00. -- Check-out: Between 08:00 and 11:00.
Guests can cancel their reservations up to 30 days before check-in date. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded. If the guest has less than 30 days remaining on their reservation or does not check in, they will be responsible for paying the total amount of the remaining reservation.

Our stay at Kadınlar Denizi Deluxe was truly a dream vacation! Wanting to escape the busy work life and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday with our family, we chose this villa—and every moment exceeded our expectations. One of the best parts of our stay was having our own private pool. Starting the day with a refreshing swim in the early morning sun was simply amazing. Throughout the day, we either lounged by the pool with a book or took a short walk to the beautiful Kadınlar Denizi Beach to enjoy the crystal-clear waters. The villa’s location made it easy to access restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, allowing us to balance relaxation and entertainment effortlessly. In the evenings, we gathered in the garden for barbecue nights, sharing long conversations and laughter. The modern and stylish design of the villa made us feel like we were in a luxury resort, yet with the comfort and privacy of our own home. The cleanliness, spacious layout, and serene atmosphere of the villa made this holiday truly special for us.
