Located in Kuşadası Caferli village, surrounded by olive trees and relaxing with peaceful views under the deep blue sky, our villa has a private pool and garden. 

Our facility, located in the village that represents hundreds of years of history thanks to the houses made of natural stones and tile roofs, consists of 11 villas. 

Our superior villa offers accommodation for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 living room on the lower floor. Our prices include periodic villa cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, parking service, Wi-Fi internet, electricity (up to 30 kW) and water consumption. It is 18 km from Kuşadası city center and 7.5 km from Davutlar Long Beach.

Our Superior villas, tastefully designed as twin villas, offer privacy with their private pool and garden, while also providing a wonderful holiday opportunity with clean air among the natural wonders of forest and olive trees. While staying in the villa, be sure to visit the Ancient City of Magnesia in Söke.

Near our facility, there are Çiy, Değirmen and Çınaraltı Restaurants where you can taste the local flavors of the region. You can have a pleasant time at Çiy restaurant, which cooks Mediterranean dishes in its own way, using regional ingredients in the Aegean Basin. You can also visit the animals after delicious meals at the Değirmen Restaurant, which has a mini zoo, an olive museum and a small pond, learn about olive production and enjoy the natural environment while your children ride horses. 

All of our villas are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. In our homes located in nature, the possibility of insects may be higher compared to villas in the center.
