Our villa has 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 1 bedroom and 1 living room on the lower floor, and can accommodate 7 people with the sofa in the living room. Our prices include periodic villa cleaning, pool-garden maintenance, parking service, Wi-Fi internet, electricity (up to 30 kW) and water consumption.
Our villa, located 18 km from Kuşadası city center and 7.5 km from Davutlar Long Beach, has been tastefully designed. It offers privacy with its private pool and garden, and a wonderful holiday opportunity with its clean air among the natural wonders of the forest and olive trees. Since they are located in a natural environment, all of our villas are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Our pool is 3.5 meters wide, 7 meters long and 160 cm deep.

The guest can cancel his/her reservation up to 60 days before the reservation check-in date, in which case the prepayment will be refunded. If there is less than 60 days left, if the person cancels the reservation or does not check in, he/she is obliged to pay the entire remaining reservation amount.
In case of reservation date changes requested by the guest, the date change is made provided that the host approves it. However, in cases where the period prices of the requested date differ, the changed amount is reflected in the reservation. This process is performed free of charge by hovido.com.
In order to alleviate the grievance of the guest in cases where the advertiser cancels the reservation, hovido.com tries to offer an option equivalent to the guest reservation. If the guest does not accept the option, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the guest.
Reservation requests, cancellations or changes will only be processed if made via e-mail.
The number of people specified in the reservation is based on accommodation and capacity excess is not allowed. In case of exceeding the property bed capacity, the host reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse to accept people exceeding the capacity.
In order to eliminate any damage or loss that may occur to the accommodation and its belongings, a damage deposit fee of 5,000.00₺ is collected in cash by the host from the guest at check-in. If there is no damage on the day of departure, the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest in cash by the host.
Electricity and water consumption are included in the accommodation fee. The daily electricity usage limit is 30 kWh.
The remaining payment amount can be made in cash, credit card and EFT/money transfer upon check-in.
The rules to be followed during the stay are clearly stated in the rental agreement approved by the guest when making the reservation request. The guest is obliged to comply with these rules.

As a family looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and nature-filled holiday, we discovered Caferli Deluxe Villa, and it was an amazing experience! The spacious and modern design of the villa made us feel right at home. With its private pool, large garden, and quiet surroundings, we had a truly relaxing stay. The location was also perfect! Being close to Söke, Kuşadası, and some of the best beaches made exploring the area very convenient. Our trips to the National Park were especially breathtaking—the crystal-clear sea and stunning natural scenery made for an unforgettable experience. Spending the day at the beach and then unwinding in the villa’s peaceful setting in the evening was the perfect vacation for us. If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway that offers both comfort and nature, we highly recommend it
