The guest can cancel his/her reservation up to 60 days before the reservation check-in date, in which case the prepayment will be refunded. If there is less than 60 days left, if the person cancels the reservation or does not check in, he/she is obliged to pay the entire remaining reservation amount.
In case of reservation date changes requested by the guest, the date change is made provided that the host approves it. However, in cases where the period prices of the requested date differ, the changed amount is reflected in the reservation. This process is performed free of charge by hovido.com.
In order to alleviate the grievance of the guest in cases where the advertiser cancels the reservation, hovido.com tries to offer an option equivalent to the guest reservation. If the guest does not accept the option, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the guest.
Reservation requests, cancellations or changes will only be processed if made via e-mail.
The number of people specified in the reservation is based on accommodation and capacity excess is not allowed. In case of exceeding the property bed capacity, the host reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse to accept people exceeding the capacity.
In order to eliminate any damage or loss that may occur to the accommodation and its belongings, a damage deposit fee of 5,000.00₺ is collected in cash by the host from the guest at check-in. If there is no damage on the day of departure, the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest in cash by the host.
Electricity and water consumption are included in the accommodation fee. The daily electricity usage limit is 30 kWh.
The remaining payment amount can be made in cash, credit card and EFT/money transfer upon check-in. The rules to be followed during the stay are clearly stated in the rental agreement approved by the guest when making the reservation request. The guest is obliged to comply with these rules.
