Our villa has a panoramic view in Kuşadası Ladies Beach area, consists of 4 bedrooms, a comfortable and simply furnished living room, equipped kitchen and a roof terrace with a unique view.

There are 4 superior villas by the pool with similar features in our facility. At the time of reservation, the most suitable one is reserved according to availability and occupancy.

It has a private swimming pool and a garden terrace area. There is air conditioning in all rooms and living room. There is a mini market, restaurant and 24-hour security and reception service within the site.

Our prices include the check-in cleaning fee and exclude the check-out cleaning fee. Pool, garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, wi-fi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the entrance and exit of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams disinfect using professional equipment before and after occupation.

Our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a private laundry at 70-90 degrees. The number of people specified in the reservation is based on accommodation and overcapacity is not allowed. In case of excess bed capacity, the landlord reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse to accept persons who exceed the capacity.

Electricity and water consumption are included in the accommodation fee. The daily usage limit of electricity is 30 kWh.
