Villa Dora

Located on Kuşadasi Değirmendere area, the villa is built on 550 m2 area has a private pool and huge garden. There is a comfortable and cool styled living room and fully euipped kitchen. All windows and doors of villa are safe thanks to remote control blinds and closed circuit security camera system. 

In the garden, there are 2 garden seating group for 4 people and dining table for 6 people, slide, big barbecue, private pool and shower area that is used after pool or sea usage. Also, there is a private parking area in the big chimney garden. 

At the ground floor, there is large living room, wi-fi, airconditioner, TV, seating group and open kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, fireplace, ancastre oven, hard fruit press, toast machine, water dispenser and WC. 

At the 1st floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, bath tub with massage, towel pan and washing machine. 

With its location close to Kuşadası AVM, the biggest shopping, concert and entertainment center of the region, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine and have fun in the amphitheater where famous artists take the stage.

Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee but exclude the check-out cleaning fee. Pool, garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, wifi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the check-in and check-out of the villa. In addition, cleaning teams disinfect using professional equipment before and after occupation. All areas and surfaces likes lighting buttons, door handles etc. that our guests come into contact are cleaned with Karcher brand steam cleaners with approximately 100°C steam power. It is frequently disinfected in detailed areas such as our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a special laundry at 70-90 degrees with detergent.
