Our villa in Soğucak village, a charming village of Kuşadası, is in a facility managed with the concept of a holiday village. The property has 14 superior villas with private pools, private gardens and private sunbathing areas. (Pool usage hours are between 08:00-22:00).
The villa has been designed with comfort in the form of a large living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms-toilets on the lower floor and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. Our prices include periodic villa cleaning, towel-sheet change, technical service, pool-garden maintenance and cleaning, free Wi-fi and electricity-water usage. There are also cafe, patisserie, restaurant, hairdresser and spa center facilities that guests can use for a fee. Our villa is 12 km from Kusadasi center and 3 km from Long Beach.
